This policy explains what information Whitmore Education collects when you visit whitmoreelementary.org, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Who we are

Whitmore Education is an independent course-review website. You can reach us any time at pragya@whitmoreelementary.org.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us or fill in a form, we receive whatever you choose to send — usually your name, email address, and message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic technical data when you visit: your browser type, device, approximate location (from your IP address), the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is aggregate, analytics-level information — we’re not trying to identify you personally.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

We use cookies to understand how the site is used and to make it work properly. When you click an affiliate link, the destination company may set a cookie that tells them the visit came from us, so any resulting commission is credited correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to you, to understand which content is useful, to keep the site secure, and to improve what we publish. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it — for instance, to continue a conversation you started — and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No website can promise perfect security, but we treat the little data we hold with care.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults making decisions about education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
