What to write to us about
Corrections. Found something wrong in a review? Pricing that’s changed, a feature we missed, a score that doesn’t match your experience? This is the most useful email you can send us. We check every correction against the platform and update the article if you’re right, with a note in the update log.
Review requests. Want us to test a platform we haven’t covered? Tell us which one and what you’re trying to learn. We prioritize requests that come up repeatedly.
Questions before you buy. Stuck choosing between two platforms and our comparison didn’t answer your specific case? Ask. If the answer would help other readers, it may end up in the article too.
Press and partnerships. Journalists and site owners: happy to talk about our testing data or methodology. Platforms: you can tell us about product updates, but read this first: we don’t accept payment for reviews, we don’t send drafts before publication, and telling us about your affiliate program won’t change a score. If that still sounds good, write to us.
What we don’t respond to
Link exchange requests, guest post pitches from content farms, and anything starting with “I hope this email finds you well” followed by an SEO offer. You know who you are.
